Coastal road mas nagpa-sikat sa Barangay Talomo Proper sa tibuok kalibutan

Malipayon kaayo si Bendor Calamba, barangay kapitan sa Talomo Proper nga nahiapil sa coastal road project ang iyahang barangay.

Matud ni Calamba mas nisikat ug samot ang Barangay Talomo Proper sa tibuok kalibutan kay daghan naman tao ang mag google sa barangay sa internet tungod sa coastal road.

"Lipay kaayo ko kay mas nisikat ang Barangay Talomo Proper sa tibuok kalibutan tungod sa Coastal road ug nahimo ang maong dakong proyekto sa kagamhanang nasyunal sa akong termino isip kapitan," saysay ni Calamba sa Latest Davao News.

Gibutyag ni Calamba nga dakong tabang ang nahimo sa Coastal road sa iyahang barangay tungod ang pagbiyahe sa city proper labi na sa SM sa Ecoland mas dali nalang.

Gidungag pa ni Calamba nga ang presyo sa mga yuta sa iyang barangay mas nitaas usab tungod sa coastal road project.

Sa pakighinabi sa Latest Davao News kay Calamba gibutyag sad niini nga mapasalamaton kini sa lokal ug nasyunal nga gobyerno kay daghang proyektong infrastractura ang nabutang sa iyahang barangay.

Matud ni Calamba daghang sementadong kalsada ang nahimo sa daghang purok sa iyahang barangay kalakip na niini ang mga gym nga dakong tabang sa residente.

Davao Coastal Road is a massive help for BarangayTalomo residents

 

The construction of the Davao Coastal road project has offered considerable benefits to Davaoenos, most especially those living in Barangay Talomo.

Talomo Barangay captain Bendor Calamba said the coastal road project has made traveling to SM Davao and the downtown area much easier for his beloved constituents.

"With the Coastal road now opened, traveling to SM from Talomo is just three minutes, unlike before, where it would take 10 minutes or more," Calamba said.

Calamba added that traveling to the downtown area has also been cut short, which is now only five to 10 minutes.

The service-oriented barangay captain said the coastal road project also made the properties in his barangay appreciate value.

"Ako gani giingnan ang mga residente nga mo hold on sa ilahang property kay daghan investors magka interest sa property nila tungod sa coastal road," Calamba added.

With the coastal road, Calamba is also confident more investors will pour money into his barangay, which comprises 80 puroks.
