Assumption College of Davao Wins NBTC Davao Leg

The Assumption College of Davao (ACD) Warriors beat defending champion Ateneo de Davao University (Addu) Blue Knights in the finals of the National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) Davao City leg at the at the University of Mindanao (UM) Gym in Matina.
The four-time NBTC champion Warriors eked out a 73-71 win over Addu in their championship game.
The Warriors who was undefeated in the whole tournament played tough defense and solid offence to bring down Addu in their championship game.
ACD Warriors coach Rollie Sancho is very happy with their win.
The Warriors reached the finals after beating Jose Maria College (JMC) Kings in the semifinals.
The champion team are composed of BJ Sumugat, Leonard Salvame, Aaron James Royo, Krinz Penion, Alejandre Positos, Cris Vistal, Jory Velarde, Jones Zambano, Reuben Diuyan, Ezekiel Olubalang, Gabriel Lazarraga, Paul Malano, Carl Gudmalin, Aaron Lapating and Austene Talisayan.
