Swimming Davaeono Sisters Targets Palarong Pambansa Stint

Two promising swimming sisters are hoping to quality for the Palarong Pambansa 2018 slated in Vigan City.
Multi-medalists swimmers Lora and Liaa Amoguis are training hard to win in the Davao Region Athletic Association (Davraa) Meet set in
February next year so that they can quality for the Palarong Pambansa.
Guesting before the weekly, Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum at NCCC Mall Davao B3 Center Family Room, the Amoguis sisters said their immidiate dream is to make it to the Palaro and if they make it they also aspire to make to the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
The two have a bright future in Philippine swimming.
Lora, an 11-year-old Grade 6 student of Abba's Orchard School, clinched six golds in the elementary girls 100m backstroke,
100m butterfly, 200m freestyle, 50m backstroke, 200m IM and 200m relay events.
Her sister Liaa, 10, who also studies in the same school, got two golds in the 100m freestyle and relay but trailed her
older sister in the 100m butterfly, 200m IM, relay and 200m freestyle to settle for silver.
