ADDU guard eyed as Kent Salado replacement in NCAA college basketball wars

DAVAO CITY---The starting point-guard of Ateneo de Davao University Blue Knights college basketball team  is set to bring his basketball acts for the second time in Metro Manila particularly at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Axel Doromal has accepted the offer to transfer to the Arellano University Chiefs in the NCAA.

Doromal according to reports is expected to fill the shoes of Chiefs star point-guard Cagayan de Oro City native Kent Salado who is playing for Barangay Ginebra Kings in the ongoing PBA Buble tournament.

The looming NCAA stint of Doromal is the second one for the 20-year-old cager since he previously played for Jose Rizal University Bombers two years back before returning to play for ADDU this year.

Doromal is very excited to play again in the NCAA and he vowed to give it his all especially that he is set to play for the Chiefs.

The peppery point-guard in lead ADDU in scoring this year is set to play in NCAA Season 97 as he needs to serve a one-year residency.
